Acknowledgements
These materials would not have come to pass without the knowing
and often unknowing assistance of many, many people, as well as
non-physical entities. I could not
begin to acknowledge all of them, but I would be remiss if I
failed to acknowledge a few.
I have to begin by acknowledging Joe Vitale and Mark Ryan-if it
had not been for their 2007 Attract Wealth Seminar in Austin,
TX, this project would almost certainly never have come to
pass.
Joe Vitale mentions Neville Goddard often. Neville
Goddard is an inspiration for this work.
Esther and Jerry Hicks and all the Abraham-Hicks material was
absolutely instrumental in formulating the ideas behind this
effort.
Of course, without The Secret, and therefore, Rhonda Byrnes, I
would probably not be on this path.
Finally, my wife, Margaret LaCagnina has been my best critic
and my strongest champion.

Imaginality™
Quickstart Guide
If you are anything like me, you like to jump right in and get
going.
You are about to change your life forever…so, why not get going
fast? I encourage
you to read or listen to the Introduction and Background
section when you can. It will, I
hope, give you confidence in both the process and the
rationale. However, this
is not strictly necessary information for the effective use of
these materials.
There are some things that really should be done in sequence in
order to get the maximum benefit. Here is the
recommended Quickstart sequence.
1)
Read or listen to the Imaginality
Instructions;
2)
Complete the exercises described in the Instructions (there are
Worksheets to assist with these exercises in the back of this
Imaginality Workbook);
3)
Begin with the Nighttime meditation. This is the
longest, most complete and most significant meditation and the
others build on it. It is not an
absolute requirement that this meditation be done at night, but
it is designed to guide you into sleep (this takes about
forty-five minutes);
4)
Do the Morning meditation immediately when you wake in the
morning following the Nighttime meditation (it takes just under
fifteen minutes);
5)
Use the Daytime meditation (just over five minutes) as
frequently as you can and as you want between the Morning and
Nighttime meditations;
6)
Repeat this meditative sequence daily as long as is
required;
7)
Once you begin, keep yourself open and alert to miracles
occurring and to the changes you desire beginning to
appear. You will
begin seeing synchronicities and your life will begin to
change. If you are
not alert however, the changes will seem so natural that you
will have a tendency to assume that this is the way your life
was going all along. Most
importantly, always be grateful as your life changes in exactly
the way you want it to.
That’s it!
Have fun!
Go make a miracle!
So what is Imaginality?
So many people have seen or at least heard of The Secret that I
am not going to try and recreate or amplify that work
here…although the real
secret is
the basis of this work.
Consider the following though…Napoleon Hill, in his life and
world-changing, Think and Grow
Rich said, “The imagination is literally the
workshop wherein are fashioned all plans created by
people. The impulse,
the desire, is given shape, form and
action through the aid of the
imaginative faculty of the mind.” He goes on to
say, “It has been said that we can create anything we can
imagine.”
Along with W. Clement Stone in Success Through A Positive Mental
Attitude, Napoleon Hill says, “What the mind of man
can conceive, it can achieve.”
Shakti Gawain, in her book, Creative Visualization, says,
“Imagination is the ability to create an idea, a mental
picture, or a feeling sense of something. In creative
visualization you use your imagination to create a clear image,
idea, or feeling of something you wish to
manifest.
Then you continue to focus on the idea, feeling, or
picture regularly, giving it positive energy until it
becomes objective reality…in other words, until you
actually achieve what you have been imagining…Once you do
so, it may seem that you are working miracles in your
life…and you truly will be!”
The great thought leader in the real power of imagination,
Neville Goddard, said, “I ask you to take me seriously.
Imagination will fulfill itself, so do not limit yourself by
anything that is now happening, no matter what it is. Knowing
what you want, conceive a scene which would imply you have it.
Persuade yourself of its truth and walk blindly on in that
assumption. Believe it is real. Believe it is true and it will
come to pass. Imagination will not fail you if you dare to
assume and persist in your assumption, for imagination will
fulfill itself in what your life becomes.” He also said,
“Every fact is a dream made visible, so I invite you to live as
though your dream were already a fact! I am convinced that
every dream (desire) I have dared to live in the now has
gradually and unnoticed blossomed into fact in my
life.”
Is there a theme here? You bet there
is…we create our reality. We create our
reality based on what we first think…when we think something
that does not exist yet, we are imagining.
The reality we create and live, we first
imagine.
And so, we come back to Imaginality…this is the place where
Imagination meets and becomes reality. This
material, and all the material to come, is designed to help
everyone create the reality that they truly
desire.
With Imaginality it is our intention and our desire that no one
live a life that they do not want. Everyone can
be, do or have anything that they want.
Imaginality provides a very concrete set of aids to creating
the life you desire by imagining and meditating on that desire
until it is real.
This is a fun process. It is a very
empowering process. How would you
feel knowing that whatever you can desire, you can
have? There are no
caveats, no limitations, no restrictions. If you can
desire it, you can have it. Imaginality
is the workshop for creation.

Congratulations! You have made
the decision to change your life consciously and in the
direction that you desire. This is a
process, a journey that is both fun and
exhilarating. It is also
easy…but not completely effort free on your
part.
You have to do just a little bit of work to begin with,
and after that, it is all about relaxing and receiving
the future that you truly want.
The exercise that we will go though here, is done just once per
desire that you are focused on…although you are free to go back
to this step and look at your desire as often as is useful for
you. We will then
guide you through three mediations, one in the evening, one in
the morning and one to be used as frequently as you want
throughout the day. This first
exercise is the cornerstone for your meditations…and it is what
ensures the manifestation of what you truly
want.
The first thing you need to do, and what we will work on in
this preparatory exercise, is to be completely clear as to what
you truly desire. Moreover, we
are asking you to tackle only one primary desire at a time, so
you will have to do a little prioritization. Even this
should be fun though. Be sure it is
fun…be sure the whole process, the whole journey is
fun. You can’t
grumble your way to feeling better…and remember that
ultimately, even though you definitely will be attracting and
manifesting those things that you do desire, the objective is
not to complete some arbitrary checklist of “once I have this
I’ll be happy” items…rather, it is to learn that the real fun
is in the creating and in discovering your true
power. The journey
never ends, you never stop wanting. You just
start your wanting from progressively nicer places…and
sometimes, if you take this too seriously, or lose sight of the
importance of gratitude at every step along the way (even being
grateful for where you are right now), you may run the risk of
losing your appreciation of the fact that you are in
increasingly better places. Don’t let
that happen. Have fun and
be grateful.
So, being
clear on your primary desire…how hard can it
be?
Not at all hard if you are willing to follow the next few
steps, nearly impossible if you believe that you can
somehow shortcut the process.
Right now you probably have a laundry list of desires-some seem
big, even impossible, while some seem almost
trivial. Pick the one
that just feels right to you to start with as your primary
desire, and see how it goes. Nothing is
impossible here. If you can
desire it, you can have it. Just pick the
desire that resonates most with you right
now.
After you do the following steps, you may change
priorities, or rephrase this one…don’t worry, there is no
wrong answer. Just
have fun and be grateful.
We are now going to walk through the process of ensuring that
you and your desire are in alignment and that you are clear
about your desire. By completing
this step honestly, thoughtfully and completely, you can be
assured that your desire must become your
reality.
This is not especially difficult, but it will require
more thought and more clarity than may at first seem
apparent. You
will use the outcome of this step as you listen and
easily respond within your active, guided
meditations.
